JacobSoft respects its own and others' intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. It is the policy of JacobSoft, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to deactivate and / or cancel the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or who repeatedly denounce each other for infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, whose text can be found on the website of the US Copyright Office. at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, JacobSoft will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the site JacobSoft.com.mx (the "Site") and to be informed to JacobSoft, and identified with the notice shown below.

Notice of DMCA infraction ("Notice").

Please provide the following information for our Copyright Agent:

1. Identify the registered work that you claim has been violated, or - if multiple works are included in this notice - provide a detailed list of copyrighted works that you claim have been violated.
2. Identify (i) the material that you believe has been infringed (or that is the object of the infringing activity) and that must be eliminated or whose access must be disabled, as well as information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link that appears on the site where said material can be found, and (ii) the reference or link, to the material or activity that you believe has been infringed, that should be eliminated or whose access must be disabled, or information reasonable enough to allow us to locate such references or links, including at least, if applicable, the URL of the link that appears on the site where you can find such reference or link.
3. Provide your postal address, telephone number and, if possible, email address.
4. Include the following two statements in the body of the Notification:
   "I hereby declare that I believe, in good faith, that the use of the copyrighted material, reference or links to this type of disputed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, as a fair use). "
   "I declare that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
5. Provide your full name and your electronic or physical signature.
